Well, where do I start. Firstly, all of us at UK MAGIC MIRROR HIRE would like to offer all our customers who have been affected by covid 19 our sincere sympathy for what you are going through.
Many of our clients have had to postpone their bookings of our magic mirrors to a later date. Although it is never good to have to cancel any party or function after all the work you have put into making it a special occasion. After having many sad conversations with customers, I feel most of all for our clients who have had to postpone their weddings. As I am sure you can all appreciate a wedding takes co much work and time to organise, sometimes a couple of years or more of planning.
Like everybody, just a few months ago, we, at UK MACIC MIRROR HIRE would never of believed that all venues would have to close indefinitely and we wouldn’t be able to meet up with friends and family for a party. Like all companies in the hospitality sector we too have been hit by these crazy times at what was the busiest time of year for us.
Finally, it does look like there is light at the end of the tunnel, with restrictions being lifted slowly. Obviously we are still uncertain as to when venues will be open for business but that goal is in sight, fingers crossed. The problem we have is the unknown! Although it is a nightmare for most us, we must err on the side of caution and rely on the science to be right so that we can get it right with regards to timings.
As a trusted business, we have and will continue to be there for our clients and offer a free postponement service, even if you don’t have a new date as yet. Just bare in mind that a lot of people are now booking venues for next year so 2002 looks like being very busy so keep in touch with your venue as to what they advise.
